Pasture Raised Poultry

Our chickens are given access to fresh pasture daily, allowing them the freedom to express their natural behaviours of scratching and foraging. As they wander, they supplement their organic diet with herb-rich Scottish vegetation, bugs, worms and seeds.

The freedom of movement and varied diet our birds enjoy results in a succulent and richly flavoured meat.

Our birds are processed, packed and deep frozen on-farm, keeping stress (and food miles) as low as possible.
