Grass Fed Beef

Our Highland Cattle are 100% pasture-fed; reared on their natural diet of grasses, herbs and clovers. The resulting beef is lean, tender and full of unique Highlander flavour; rich in vitamins, minerals and Omega-3.

The cattle are moved daily to enjoy fresh pasture.

Our beef is between 30 and 35 months old when harvested at the end of autumn and dry-aged for 21 days. It is vacuum packed then deep frozen.
