Grass Fed Lamb
Our Shearling Lamb comes from is 100% pasture-fed animals; reared on a natural diet of rich Scottish vegetation.
The animals spend their whole lives outdoors, and are moved daily onto fresh pasture, allowing the sheep to get the best nutrients from the grass and for the pasture to flourish.
Our lamb is 18 months old when harvested at the end of the summer. The meat is vacuum packed then deep frozen.
